Dispatch Time
If we receive orders before 3 am (PST) Monday - Friday, and ordered items are in stock, we usually ship out orders by the end of the day. If we can not ship out by the end of the day, we will ship out as swiftly as we can. Not guaranteed service. We ship out on Monday - Friday, and we do not ship out on Saturdays.
However, depending on our stock and product availability, shipping may take 2 - 3 weeks after final order/payment approval and availability. Please order *earlier* and allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for the items out of stock. We *will* make sure to inform you by email if our delivery takes longer than 1 week. Shipping service is provided by third party (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc..). We are not responsible for delay during shipping, package loss, products damage or any other mistakes caused by shipping carriers. By placing an order with WoodCabinet.us, you expressly accept these Terms & Conditions.
Sales & Return Policy
Please note that the return item must be unopened and/or in a saleable condition (not used nor damaged); otherwise, we will not process your refund. The customer must purchase a return shipping label on their own. We suggest that you add the tracking information on the return package. When we receive the return package, our return dept will check the returned item, and we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping and a 15% restocking fee; this means shipping fee is not refundable if we charge shipping fee on your order, and we need to deduct a 15% restocking fee.
The return window is within 30 days of the purchase date. If your package is returned to us after 30 days of the delivery date, we will charge a 50% restocking fee.
