Returns & Refunds

Please note that the return item must be unopened and/or in a saleable condition (not used nor damaged); otherwise, we will not process your refund. The customer must purchase a return shipping label on their own. We suggest that you add the tracking information on the return package. When we receive the return package, our return dept will check the returned item, and we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping and a 15% restocking fee; this means shipping fee is not refundable if we charge shipping fee on your order, and we need to deduct a 15% restocking fee.
The return window is within 30 days of the purchase date. If your package is returned to us after 30 days of the delivery date, we will charge a 50% restocking fee.
